Does $1,000 cover my whole website?+
Yes. The $1,000 CAD package is a full redesign of a standard service-business website, including its agreed pages, responsive design, contact form, SEO foundations, two consolidated review rounds, and launch. We review your existing site and confirm every page and feature in writing before starting. E-commerce, custom applications, and complex integrations are separate projects.
What does monthly website care include?+
For $199 CAD/month, I manage your website hosting and HTTPS, set up or connect your domain, and help keep the site current. The plan includes two hours each month for requested website changes and on-page SEO work, plus a monthly check-in and summary. On-page SEO work can include page titles, descriptions, internal links, existing content, and checks for technical issues. We agree the priorities together.
Can I request changes whenever I need them?+
Yes — send text, photo, service, or design changes directly to me. We prioritise the work within the two-hour monthly allowance shared with SEO improvements. Unused hours do not roll over. If a request needs more time, new pages, or substantial new functionality, I’ll quote it and get your approval first.
Is monthly care required, and what costs are separate?+
Monthly care is optional and billed separately from the $1,000 redesign. It is ongoing support, not instalments for the build. Domain setup is included in care; domain registration and renewal fees are paid separately, with the domain kept in your name. Paid third-party tools are separate too. We confirm hosting needs and any unusual usage costs before you sign up. If you prefer to manage hosting yourself, we agree the handoff before launch.
What do I need to provide, and how long will it take?+
Your current website, business details, priority services, approved content, and images. We agree the schedule once the scope, content, access, and feedback arrangements are clear. Ownership, source access, and any third-party licences are written into the project scope. Please don’t send passwords through the contact form.
What is a free website concept?+
A focused visual direction that helps you evaluate the approach before committing to a build. It isn’t a finished website. We’ll review your existing site and confirm what would be useful — no payment for the concept and no obligation to continue.
Do you guarantee more leads or better rankings?+
No. The redesign and monthly care cover specific website work and ongoing improvements. Rankings, traffic, and inquiries depend on competition and other factors too. Monthly care covers practical on-page SEO; large content campaigns, paid ads, and link-building are outside this plan.
